Kevin is the founder and President of Winesprings Consulting, LLC where he serves as an executive advisor, functional HR consultant, career coach and mentor for business professionals and companies in the medical device, life sciences and biotechnology industries.

Previously he served as Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Illumina where he was responsible for the strategic and global operation of all human resources, compensation & equity, talent development, HIS and employee communications activities. Kevin’s prior experiences included assignments as the Vice President of Human Resources for the ophthalmic medical device company IntraLase, Vice President of Employee Relations for Edwards Lifesciences as well as Vice President of Human Resources for Baxter Healthcare’s Cardiovascular Group.

Prior to his industry experiences Kevin served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy where he specialized in naval engineering and weapons systems.

Kevin completed his MBA from National University and earned a B.A. in Physiological Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
