Inclusion Action Tip # 4

Stereotypes are the enemy of Inclusion

They prevent us from seeing people as individuals, and reduce unique individuals to a simple demographic. In our inextricably interconnected world, we are shaped by varied influences, and we are all much more than our  nationality, race, gender or religion.

Try this : List all the stereotypes you know, and assess how many are truly positive and how many are negative. The negative column will be longer! Do we want to see the best in people or the worst?
